FAQ

Please be sure to reach out via TEXT (720) 243-2040 for any additional questions not answered below.

How do I schedule?

Scheduling is done using a secure Online booking system called 'Schedulicity'. I require all clients to schedule their appointments using this system.

Why?

  • The system shows my availability in real time. It is much more efficient for you to look at your schedule and mine at the same time, rather than us going back and forth.

  • Contains full service menu with descriptions

  • Contains scheduling policies

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

Deposits are required to ensure times are not getting reserved and cancelled "willy nilly". I am a booth renter within Mountain Glo. This means I am my own business renting a space inside Mountain Glo. Please plan accordingly. I assure you I am planning for you <3

Late Policy

I have a 15 min late policy. If you go past 15 min your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the remaining 50%. Please plan for parking and paying for parking (sometimes the app does not work pay before you come inside), plan to park far away on busy days. If you are visiting or are a summit local you are aware we are a small vacation town and this can cause parking shortages and traffic. Here are  some near by places to check out if you arrive too early.

Why don't you work on top of other techs work?

This is done for several reason

  • Quality of service. It is very rare I get a new client that actually knows what products their tech is using. I am always told "gel manicure" but then that's not the case. Not all products work with each other. If you want your nails to last 3+ Weeks we have to do it right.

  • It can take me longer to fix another nail techs work then it will to take off the product and start over

Why don't  you provide DIP Services?

  • Its hard to remove safely

  • Its abused in the nail industry.

DIP is Acrylic. 1) Its a quick drying cyanoacrylate (water soluble) glue with 2) With Acrylic polymer 3 ) and Activator (lamp). Acrylic polymer doesn't truly polymerize until its mixed with monomer (Acrylic Liquid) leading to a product that isn't fully stable.

  • In my personal and professional opinion there are better products to use that feel lighter, last just as long (if not longer), and aren't as damaging to your nails.
